Ultra High Resolution Widescreen Desktop Wallpaper
The images found in these galleries are only available to members and are all suitable for use on widescreen monitors up to a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. They are especially suitable for use on Apple Powerbook's and Cinema Displays. All of the images found here are adaptations of 4:3 ratio monitor images found elsewhere on this site. Each has been re-rendered to look great in widescreen format.
Aqua Gallery
I created this collection of images between 2001 and 2003. I wanted to create wallpapers that perfectly complimented both Mac OS X and Windows XP. The Aqua wallpapers are the most popular on the site. At the last count, over 2,100,000 wallpapers from the Aqua Collection have been downloaded since the beginning of 2001.
Landscape Gallery
I began my interest in digital artwork by purchasing Corel Bryce 4; a piece of software designed especially for creating realistic landscapes. I have since tried to broaden my horizons by creating abstract imagery but I still return to landscape generation on a regular basis.
Abstract Gallery
The type of artwork I enjoy creating the most is abstract. I can really let my imagination run wild. When I was a child I was fascinated with colored glass, stained glass windows, marbles etc. This interest has been re-awakened by my recent attempts at abstract art. Many of these images focus on the properties of transparency and refraction.
