Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 9:32AM Due to a heavy storm in our area last night, our premises has been left without power and phone lines. We are doing our best to get both services restored as swiftly as possible. However, in the meantime, we are unable to answer phone calls. Along with a recent site redesign comes a revamped live chat facility, allowing visitors to easily ask questions and converse with an experienced member of our team. Our status is visible on the right side of every page on the site. When online, simply clicking the status indicator opens a live chat session. We understand that ordering a bespoke product can be a little daunting and we’re happy to try and answer any questions you may have.

Like most design agencies, we spend a lot of time trying to explain the jargon used by our industry and the limitations of the processes we use. This can be challenging for us and frustrating for the customer. So we have decided to publish a series of articles that employ easy to understand diagrams and plain English, bringing some clarity to the subjects we find ourselves explaining to clients on a daily basis.
