Type: Black metal business card
Thickness: 200 micron
This card, manufactured for QM of London, is manufactured using our matte black stainless steel. The detailed diagram of the yacht has been etched into the surface of the steel using our chemical milling process. We’ve also cut away the pattern running along the top edge of the card, creating visual and tactile interest.
Type: Letterpress Business Card
Thickness: 900gsm
Every letterpress card we print has been foiled by hand. For this card we’ve applied a distinctive metallic red ink to compliment the simplistic design. The text has then been pressed using our black gloss ink.
Type: Wood business card
Species: Finnish Birch
Our laser machine allows us to etch intricate graphics into the surface of the wood at an astonishing resolution of 1200dpi. The Finnish Birch offers the best contrast out of the four species of wood.
Type: Metal business card
Thickness: 400 micron
This metal business card, produced using 400 micron marine-grade stainless steel, uses a combination of etching and cut-throughs. When etched the lighter core of the metal is revealed. This ensures legibility of contact details and graphics without the need for surface printing. The text running through the middle of the design has been cut away completely using our precision milling process.
Type: Translucent plastic business card
Thickness: 760 micron
Our tinted translucent plastic cards are created by chemically laminating a plastic colour gel with a layer of translucent polymer. Our artisan hot foil printers apply the ink to the cards surface using traditional methods.
Type: Wood business card
Species: Bamboo
To ensure the structural integrity of the card, we use three layers. The outer facing surfaces comprise of real wood veneer. The core is strengthened using a high-density fibreboard, eliminating any weakness along the grain and allowing us to cut intricate patterns without fear of fragility.
Type: Matt Laminate Card
Thickness: 400gsm
We exclusively designed this logo to complement Mark's cider bottles as part of our free design service. The logo has then been printed on our 400gsm ultra white stock. We applied a thin layer of matt finish plastic to the front and back surfaces. This matt lamination gives the card a unique texture while offering protection against discolouration and fading.
Type: Metal business card
Thickness: 400 micron
The Zara metal card is carved from marine grade stainless steel. The map and logo have been etched into the surface of the metal exposing the lighter core of the steel. Being 400 micron thick, the card is extremely rigid. The thicker steel also allows us to etch on both sides of the card.

Type: Satin black plastic business card
Thickness: 760 micron
Designed and crafted for Kennedys, this business card is produced using our satin black plastic. The text, logo and graphical detailing are printed using a chrome-like metallic silver ink. The handcrafted nature of our printing process allows for complex alignment and bleeds. This is demonstrated here by the intricate design running across the top quarter of the card and bleeding off of three edges.

Thickness: 760 micron
Our tinted translucent plastic cards are created by chemically laminating a plastic colour gel with a layer of translucent polymer. Our artisan hot foil printers apply the ink to the cards surface using traditional methods resulting in a truly unique finish.
Type: Wood business card
Species: English Oak
Produced from English Oak, this wooden card pairs the rich tone and distinctive grain of the material with the accuracy of CO2 laser craftsmanship. The 3mm strata construction provides a solid, durable feel, while the oak veneer gives every card subtle natural variation. Intricate sections of the design are cut through the card to create clean openings and added visual depth, with finer details engraved into the surface. The reverse features laser etched contact information at 1200 dpi, giving the typography sharp definition and a refined, tactile quality that feels both organic and highly precise.

Type: Translucent plastic business card
Thickness: 760 micron
Using our 760 micron thick translucent plastic, this card combines our eye catching metallic light green and silver inks. We have also used a black gloss ink to emphasise the company name. The graphics have been reproduced by pressing the inks between our metal print plates and the plastic. Using heat and pressure this hand printing process carefully stamps each colour onto the surface of the card.
Type: Black metal business card
Thickness: 300 micron
The logo and text on this card is chemically milled away from the surface. Once the matt finish has been etched away the lighter steel beneath is exposed, ensuring perfect contrast and legibility. The cut-throughs are achieved by etching into the same position on the front and back of the stainless steel, until the two areas meet, forming a hole.

This metal business card, produced for Dymax, is carved from cosmetic grade stainless steel. The hexagon perforations found on the right of the card are cut using our advanced chemical milling technique. All of the text has been etched into the cards surface, exposing the lighter core of the stainless steel and ensuring great legibility.
