With the ability to cut intricate patterns on our wood cards without the fear of fragility, this card combines both the natural beauty of the American Cherry wood as well as an interesting nature inspired design. On the reverse side of the card we then laser engraved the contact information into the surface of the wood at an astonishing resolution of 1200dpi.

Printed on our fully recyclable and biodegradable card stock each Obscura letterpress card has been pressed in our traditional hand process. The pulp used when producing the 900gsm board for our letterpress cards is sourced from managed forests.

Using our Metallic Gold ink, heat and pressure, we have carefully hand pressed the artwork onto our textured 900gsm black card stock. The use of only one colour creates a very simplistic yet exclusive finish which compliments the logo nicely.

This card has been debossed in our traditional letterpress printing process. We firstly etched our designer's artwork into a metal block. We then used this to embed the crisp white ink, one at a time, into the surface of the custom coloured card stock. The result is a uniquely visual and tactile finish unlike that found in any other sort of production technique.

Each Corretto loyalty card has been painstakingly handcrafted using traditional letterpress printing techniques. We firstly etched our designer's artwork into a metal block. We then used this to gently embed each ink, one at a time, into the surface of the card stock. The result is a uniquely visual and tactile finish unlike that found in any other sort of production technique.

Our matt laminate cards are printed on 350gsm ultra white stock. Both sides are printed in full colour as standard. We then apply an ultra-thin layer of matt protective finish plastic to the front and back surfaces. This card has also had an optional metallic gold foil applied using traditional artisanal techniques, with each card foiled by hand, one by one.

Made Holdings metal business card is manufactured using 400 micron thick stainless steel. While the material itself is thinner than a standard plastic credit card, the use of steel provides much more rigidity and heft. If held between the thumb and forefinger, it’s not possible to flex our 400 micron steel business cards.

To ensure the structural integrity of the card, we use three layers. The outer facing surfaces comprise of real wood veneer. The core is strengthened using a high-density fibreboard, eliminating any weakness along the grain.

This business card, crafted for Bamford Watch Department, is an example of our satin black plastic. Produced using solid core polymer plastic, we’ve added a beautiful metallic silver ink to the surface. All of our satin plastic cards measure 760 micron thick; exactly the same as a standard credit card.

All of the text and logo on this stainless steel had has been etched into the cards surface, exposing the lighter core of the steel and ensuring great legibility and durability as there is no surface print to be rubbed away over time.

The logo and text on this card is chemically milled away from the surface. Once the matt finish has been etched away the lighter steel beneath is exposed, ensuring perfect contrast and legibility. The cut-throughs are achieved by etching into the same position on the front and back of the stainless steel, until the two areas meet, forming a hole.

Our tinted translucent plastic cards are created by chemically laminating a plastic colour gel with a layer of translucent polymer. Our artisan hot foil printers apply the ink to the cards surface using traditional methods.

Each satin business card comes with a luxurious matt finish to its surface. Many of our competitors have chosen to automate the printing process. To do so, the blank plastic card has to be gripped on at least two sides as it passes through their automated printing equipment. This prevents them from printing to the edge of the card. Our choice to avoid automation means we can run rings around the limitations of more automated suppliers, including printing to the very edge if required.

Using our precision photo-chemical milling process, we can etch and cut the bronze with incredible accuracy. This allows for intricate patterns, perforations and grilles. Rather than printing onto the surface of the metal, which might rub away over time, we etch the text into the metal itself. The lighter core of the bronze is revealed providing contrast between the etched and unetched metal.
