KEY FEATURES

Icon depicting marine grade stainless steel

Traditional Yellow & rose gold

Our gold metal cards are carved from stainless steel. We then use autocatalytic plating to give the steel a durable gold or rose gold hue. Now available in two thicknesses, you can choose a 300 micron card which has memory, allowing it to spring back to shape when lightly flexed. Alternatively, choose the 500 micron metal for a rigid, weighty card that is sure to garner attention.

CUT & ETCH - PANTONE® POLYMER INFILL

Using our advanced photochemical milling process, we can etch and cut the metal with incredible precision. This allows for intricate patterns, perforations and grilles.

Our metal cards are now available with Pantone polymer infills and surface prints. Once etched, we fill the recess with a durable, flexible, coloured polymer.

black polymer infill

Our gold metal cards are available with a matt black polymer infill. We start by etching a negative of the artwork into the metal. We then pour a matt black polymer into the recessed etched area. All unetched text and graphics stand proud in glorious gold, surrounded by the sophisticated matt black surface. Other colours are available by request.

Natural, Brushed OR MIRROR SURFACE FINISH

Our gold metal cards are now available with your choice of surface finish. Choose ‘natural’ for a restrained, matt appearance that is resistant to both scratches and fingerprints. 'Brushed' gives a more rugged, industrial aesthetic. Or choose the ‘mirrored’ option for maximum visual impact.

AVAILABLE HUES

Our gold business cards are available in two beautiful hues; yellow gold and rose gold. Three surface finishes include mirror, brushed or natural.

YELLOW GOLD

Natural, brushed or mirrored

ROSE GOLD

Natural, brushed or mirrored

  1. Text and graphics are chemically etched into card by first applying a photoresistive film to the surface of the metal and then exposing it to acid.

  2. We use an autocatalytic plating process to give the steel a durable gold or rose gold hue.

  3. Precision cut-throughs are achieved by chemically etching into the same position on the front and back until the two areas meet, forming a hole.

Free Design Service

We provide a completely free design service to all customers who do not already have artwork. Once we have collected a few pieces of information, our design team will put together an initial concept and first draft. We then create a photo-realistic digital mockup using our innovative proofing system. This shows how the card would look once produced. Using your feedback, we make revisions until you are 100% happy with the layout.
