What happens now?
Your details have been passed to our customer care team who'll ensure we have all of the details we need. The project will then be passed to our graphics studio. They will put together some initial concepts and from there, a first draft and a digital proof which will be emailed to you.
Your input is important and totally necessary to guide our work. We may not get everything right on the first try. That’s not just okay; it’s part of the process. Our work together can (and likely will) be iterative.
We use your feedback to patiently revise the artwork until you are 100% happy with the design. We don’t place an arbitrary limit on the number of revisions we are prepared to undertake. All we ask is that criticism is constructive and helps us to move the project forward.
